We are happy to accept payment from your insurance carrier.  We can  verify your coverage & submit the necessary claim information.  We  can also submit a pre-authorization of treatment to your insurance company ahead  of your scheduled treatment.    

Please be aware that there are different types of insurance coverage and  not all will pay for treatment at our practice.  This is particularly true  if your plan is a "DMO" or Dental Maintenance Organization.   These plans require you to choose a specific dentist from their list who agrees  to provide dental care at a deep discount. We believe that this practice is not conductive to ideal dental care, is  not in the best interest of the dental patient and can lead to the  compromising of ethical dental treatment standards.    

We do participate in some "PPO" or Preferred Provider Organizations,   including Delta Dental's PPO.  This means we agree to a lower payment from  the insurance company.  If we don't happen to participate in your  particular PPO,   that does not necessarily mean that you will have to pay  more.  Often, your co-pay is the same as if you were to go to an  "in-network" provider.  We can help you determine what your out-of -pocket  costs will be.  

Please be aware that dental insurance plans change frequently and vary   greatly from plan to plan.
